Someone asked me how to make porridge, so I will post two ways to cook porridge at home.
I didn’t use to like porridge, but today I really do. But I need to have some nice toppings, like raspberry, jam, quinoa and walnuts are some of my favorites.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dl milk, or half milk half water or just water
- 1 dl oats
- Some salt
INSTRUCTIONS, HOW TO COOK PORRIDGE
- Mix everything into a saucepan.
- Let it boil, and then simmer for 2 minutes. Stir every now and then.
- Serve with jam, fruits and a little bit of milk if you want.
HOW TO COOK PORRIDGE IN THE MICROWAVE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dl milk, or half milk half water or just water
- 1 dl oats
- 1 m salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix everything into a glass bowl.
- Put it into the microwave at the 650 for 2-3 minutes.Mix every now and then.
- Serve with jam, fruits and a little bit of milk if you want.
