Milk Stewed Macaronis

The most delicious macaronis are boiled in milk and served with sausage. This is a classic recipe in Sweden, and most people love it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre milk
  • 5 dl macaronis
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring the milk to boil, and then lower the heat.
  2. Add macaronis and give it a stir every now and then so it won’t get burnt.
  3. Salt and pepper the stew, and then add some grated nutmeg.
  4. Serve with sausage or meatballs.
