This is one of my favourite cookie recipie, we bake them with chocolate, butter scotch or honey comb.. Start with heating up the oven to 175 C. And then a short time later you have some great cookies!
125 gram soft butter
1,25 dl granulated sugar
1,25 dl brown sugar
1 medium sized egg
3,5 dl wheat flour
A pinch of salt
0,5 teaspoon baking powder
0,5 teaspoon bicarbonate
0,5 teaspoon vanilla sugar
150-200 grams of chocolate chips (or whatever you would like to add)
1, Whisk the soft butter and the granulated sugar until it’s fluffy.
2, Add the egg and mix it all.
3, Stir in all the other ingridients except the chocolate chips.
4, Add the chocolate chips or whatever you decided to add.
5, Roll into balls and place them evenly placed on your prepared cookie sheets.
6, Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10-13 minutes.
7, They are done when they are still a bit doughy in the middle.
8, Let them sit in the baking pan for about 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack with a spatula.
