Raspberry smoothie

This is a beautiful red smoothie full of vitamins! Great for breakfast, lunch or as a snack.

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 apples, rinsed with the peel, but remove the core and divide them into chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh or ready made
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender, mix at full speed for one minute.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

If you have some smoothie left, I usually pour it into ice cream molds. Perfect when you are craving a little something! And my kids love them!
