Diki Diki was a popular cocktail in the 20’s and I have taken inspiration from it. With Swedish Grönstedt’s punch, grape and some other things you have a really good cocktail here. I hope you like my cocktail recipe!
Diki, A flirt with the 20’s
One big ice cube, or two smaller ones
8cl grape juice
8 cl orange juice
4 cl Grönstedts punch
2 cl freshly squeezed lime
Here’s how to make a Diki
- Rim a martini glass by moist the top of the glass with a lemon or lime. Then roll that part of the glass into sugar that you have sprinkled out on a plate.
- Put the ice in a mixer
- Measure all ingredients and shake.
- Pour up and serve.
