Here is another way to make a healthy morning shot. And you only need a orange or lemon squeezer, and a garlic press. No machines!
INGREDIENTS 2 shots
1 lemon, or two oranges
1 chunk of fresh peeled ginger
1/2 – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, use a spoon so that you don’t get yellow finger tips!
Squeeze the lime and orange.
Squeeze the ginger in small chunks with a garlic press.
Add the turmeric and stir until totally dissolved.
Serve in little shots glass. And if you make a lot, keep in a glass bottle.
