Dessa hittade vi på eftersom vi har en hydroponisk odling där vi bland annat odlar basilika. Bladen växer sig gigantiska! Så Emma och jag gjorde dolmar av dom. Riktigt gott blev det!

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE FILLED BASIL LEAVES
- Garlic mustard pesto, or some other pesto. Recipe can be found here: https://thefabfoodieswede.com/2020/04/22/home-made-garlic-mustard-pesto/
- Mozzarella
- Basil leaves
FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS
1, Slice the desired amount of mozzarella into small pieces
2, Place the mozzarella and a teaspoon of pesto in the center of the leaf.
3, Spin the ends, and place on a platter.
