I had these smoothies at a breakfast with Puori yesterday, and they were so tasty! But not only that, they were packed with vitamins and also had some added protein powder in them. Try them out, and tell me which one is your favourite?
Green rehydration smoothie
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 frozen banana
- One handful spinach, or some other leafy greens
- 1 tablespoon pea protein pulver
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 250 ml coconut water
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Mix it all in a blender, and serve in a high glass. Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge or why not make an ice cream out of them. If so just pour it into a ice cream mould.
Blueberry power smoothie
- 1 ripe peeled banana
- 150 gram frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
- 250 ml almond milk
Mix it all in a blender and enjoy!
