Delicious as it is, or as a side with some chicken or meat to go with it, or srve as a part of a buffét! Och lika gott som det är så är det snabbt och enkelt att tillaga!
INGREDIENTS:
500 gram small beetroots
Rosemary (dried)
Olive oil
Salt
150 gram Feta cheese
2 tbl spoons pinenuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1, Preheat the oven to 200 C.
2, Peel and cut the beetroot into small pieces.
3, Mix the diced beetroot with some olive oil and then put them on a baking sheet and leave them in the oven for 35 minutes or until tender. Stir twice.
4, Mix the feta with some olive oil and rosemary. Put on top of the beetroot and bake for 5 minutes.
5, Remove from oven and sprinkle pine nuts on top.
Eat as a main dish or as a side.
