Chinese fried pork with ginger is a great dish as it is, or serve with some noodles or rice. You can also serve it as one of many dishes and have a real feast!
INGREDIENTS fried pork with ginger
700 gram pork fillet
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine, or use Mirin and no sugar at all
3 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1,5 tsp Chinese Five Spice herb, you find a recipe for it at my blog
3 tbsp vegetable oil
5 garrlic cloves that you cut into big chunks
1,5 tbsp ginger that you have cut into thin sticks
8 spring onions where you cut of the white part and keep the leaves for the end.
1/2 tbsp sesame oil, you add this in the end!
1,5 tsp finely grated peeled ginger
1,5 tbsp light soy sauce
nearly 1 tsp black pepper
3 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
Slice the pork into mouth size pieces
Add the pork to a bowl
Add all the marinade and mix
Mix the marinade with the pork
Put aside the pork in the marinade when you prepare the rest.
Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing it all together in a bowl.
Heat up the oil in a wok, or a big frying pan.
Add the ginger, the white part of the spring onion and the garlic. Stir fry for 20-30 seconds.
Then add the pork and stir fry until it is nearly cooked, and then add the stir fry sauce. Let it simmer for a while until the pork is cooked.
Add the sesame oil and the green parts of the spring onion.
