Raw Chocolate Brownie

A really good recipe for chocolate brownies for you who are hungry for chocolate but in a slightly healthier way. You can even put your Raw chocolate brownies in the freezer and take out a piece when you are hungry for something good!

Chocolate brownie ingredients

6-8 pieces

  • 200 grams dates without seeds
  • 2,5 dl walnuts1
  • 1/ 2 dl liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 dl Raw cocoa


  1. Add dates, walnuts and Raw Cocoa in a food processor. Mix at full speed for a few minutes.
  2. Add the honey and the water. And give the food processor a little spin. You may need to scrape the batter from the edges and mix a bit more.
  3. Line a Baking tin with parchment paper. Mine was about 20 * 12 centimeters.
  4. Press the batter into the mold with clean hands. And set aside when you make the topping.

Avocado mousse topping

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 dl Raw cocoa
  • 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
  • 1 / 2 dl vegan chocolate dots (you can exclude this if you want)
  • A little flake salt on top (if you want)

This is how you make the avocado mousse topping

  1. Add cocoa, coconut oil, liquid honey and avocado to a food processor. Mix at full speed for 1-2 minutes.
  2. When you have a mousse, pour in the chocolate dots and mix a little bit more.
  3. Spread on top of the cake. Sprinkle with flake salt.
  4. Put in the freezer until you are ready to serve it. Take out a while before serving.
