Raspberry smoothie

This smoothie has no dairy in it, and is just bursting of vitamins! It sure is a great way to start the day, or why not as an afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS

This recipe makes 1 big glas or 2 normal sized ones.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple, just rinse it and remove the apple core.
  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) rinsed grapes, red or green
  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) raspberry’s, you can use frozen ones if it is not in season
  • A big splash of orange juice, preferably fresh.

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend it all in a good blender until it’s smooth.

Pour in a glas and just enjoy!

I sometimes sprinkle some chia seeds on top, and a crushed raspberry.

Enjoy this healthy smoothie!
