Perfect to eat when you wanna spoil yourself and can’t make up your mind if you wanna have a waffle, pizza or a sandwich. Here is a very easy chaffles recipe.
INGREDIENTS 2 Chaffles
2,5 dl shredded cheese, I normally use 1 dl Parmigiano Reggiano and 1,5 dl Mozzarella.
Add the garlic or herbs if you wanna spice things up a bit! Another option that is nice is to have some cinnamon or vanilla added if you want a sweeter version.
Some butter for the waffle maker
- Mix the ingredients.
- Pour the batter slowly into a preheated waffle iron! They are done in 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup, ham, vegetables or eat them as they are!
