- 2,5 dl almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 7 dates
- 1 tablespoon honey
1, Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
2, Add the rest of the ingridients and continue processing until fully incorporated.
3, Once the mixture sticks together, proceed to scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the palm of your hand and rolling it between your hands.
4, Pour some raw cacao into a small bowl, and roll the little balls in the raw cacao.
5, Place in fridge for an hour, and then enjoy!
The raw balls keep well for up to 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container. You can also freeze them, and then they keep well for up to 2 months!
If your dates are dry, I recommend you to soak them in hot water for about half an hour, and then drain them well before using as directed.
